This is not a rushed 10 minute shoot.
Before we pick up a camera we take a few minutes to get to know each other. Whether you have a clear vision or no idea where to start, we work through it together before the camera comes out. Sessions run up to 90 minutes, long enough to get it right without feeling like a production.
We Get to Know Each Other First
A few minutes of conversation before we shoot. It makes a real difference in how comfortable you look in front of the camera.
Bring What You Need
Outfit changes welcome. Music on the JBL if you need it. Whatever helps you show up as yourself — bring it. If it is not there we cannot shoot it.
You Are Directed Throughout
No guessing, no awkward silence. We coach you through expression, posture, and angles the entire time. You focus on showing up. We handle the rest.
You Choose What You Keep
At the end of the session we review images together. Your session fee includes one edited image. Additional images are $75 each. You only pay for what you love. Final images are delivered via an online gallery within 7 days of your shoot date. Prints are available at an additional cost.

Submit Your Request
Fill out the form below with your preferred date, time, location, and session type. We will confirm within 24 hours.
Sign and Secure Your Date
Once confirmed, we send your agreement and invoice. A signed contract and full session fee are required to hold your date for individual and portrait sessions. For team sessions a signed contract and 50% retainer are required — the remaining balance is due day of the shoot. No date is held without both.
Show Up Ready
We arrive with professional lighting and a backdrop. Bring outfit options — solid colors photograph best. Music available if you need it to loosen up.
Review and Select Together
At the end of the session we go through the images together. Your session fee includes one edited image. Additional images are $75 each. Images you do not purchase are not delivered.
Delivered Within 7 Days
Final retouched images delivered via an online gallery within 7 days of your shoot date. High resolution files ready for LinkedIn, your website, press kits, business cards, and print. Prints are available at an additional cost. Licensing included.
What to Expect
A few things that make for a strong session.

We Come to You
No studio trip required. We bring professional lighting and a backdrop to your office, workspace, or preferred location. Weekday studio sessions are also available in Rocklin, CA. Studio fees start at $80.
What to Wear
Solid colors photograph best. Avoid busy patterns or logos. Bring two to three top options. For headshots focus on tops — full outfits for portrait sessions.
You Will Be Directed
We guide you through the entire session. Expression, posture, angles — all coached. You will not be left to figure it out on your own.
Natural Retouching
Standard retouching is included with every purchased image and covers skin smoothing, blemish removal, and minor cleanup. Advanced retouching is available at an additional fee. We do not use AI in any part of our editing process. Every image is retouched by hand.
Licensing Included
Every purchased image includes licensing for personal and professional use — website, LinkedIn, press, print, and marketing materials.
Travel
We serve Sacramento, Elk Grove, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond 50 miles from Elk Grove may incur an additional travel fee.
