Event Coverage

What to Expect: Event Coverage

Event coverage documents the atmosphere, key moments, and how people experience your event without interrupting it.

Before the Event

A timeline or run-of-show is helpful. Specific moments should be communicated in advance.

  • Event timeline or schedule
  • Speakers, presentations, awards, or performances
  • VIPs and must-document moments
  • A point of contact on-site in case something shifts

During the Event

Coverage is handled with intention and awareness. The goal is to capture what matters while respecting the flow of the event and the people in it.

  • Key moments and major interactions
  • Guest engagement and candid interactions
  • Venue atmosphere, details, and overall environment
  • Wide, medium, and close framing for a well-rounded gallery

After the Event

Final images are curated and edited in the Mad Lad Visuals style, and delivered in an online gallery.

  • Curated final gallery
  • Consistent editing and color correction
  • Delivery within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated
  • Only final selected images are delivered

What This Is Not

  • It is not a guarantee that every single moment or guest will be photographed
  • It is not a staged portrait session unless arranged in advance
  • RAW files and unedited outtakes are not delivered
  • Heavy image manipulation is not included

Final Note

The strongest event galleries come from clear communication beforehand and room to document the event as it naturally unfolds.
